To Save A Life

This past weekend our youth group went to see the movie “To Save A Life”. Along with having a great afternoon and evening together, we also received a great challenge. The movie challenges teens (but it can be applied to all of us) to make a difference and reach out to a broken and hurting world. Even in simple acts of kindness, we can save a life.
Since we began our study a couple weeks ago, our students have been really stepping up, reaching out and intentionally putting their faith into action. Remember, we are never more like Jesus than when we are reaching out to the hurting and lonely. The stories that are coming back are so uplifting and encouraging. Our students are truly making a difference among their peers. You can be proud of them. Please pray that we will continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
If you have some free time, you may want to check out this movie. It’s one of those rare movies that you see in a theater that you will hear applause at the end, that’s how good it is.
